Abstract
Written primarily by researchers and other professionals associated with Kaiser Permanente, this volume addresses the problems and challenges associated with a medical care system's efforts to serve the frail and disabled members of its population. The eight chapters address the ways programs and services can be linked to better cope with aging and disability and the different groups who need services and how their needs can best be met.
