Abstract
The Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network (ECCS CoIIN), funded by the U.S. Maternal and Child Health Bureau, aims to achieve a 25 percent increase in the developmental outcomes of three-year-olds by 2021. To achieve this overall goal, 12 state-level departments or organizations and 28 place-based communities participate in a collaborative learning network to harnesses improvement methods, data, and collective impact.
We will share improvement tools and innovative changes being explored to transform early childhood comprehensive systems, highlighting family involvement. Workshop participants will receive concrete steps to take at the place-based community, state or other level to galvanize early childhood systems to comprehensively and equitably address the outcomes of children 0-3 and their families.
