Abstract
Working people have endured more than 40 years of eroding wages, working conditions, voice, and basic protections, weakening worker leverage in the labor market. The past two years have shown signs that these conditions might be changing. Dr. Weil will highlight the promising signs of improvement in work that could, if nurtured, move towards more just working conditions.
