Abstract
NGOs, or non-governmental organisations, are businesses that run independently of other businesses. The legitimacy of an NGO is substantially enhanced and donor confidence is greatly increased by maintaining transparency regarding how donations are used. This will contribute to a long-term increase in their reach. NGO's find it difficult to manage their donations and resources. In order to bridge the gap between donors/volunteers and NGOs, in this project, we have proposed to come up with a system aimed at creating a hassle free, reliable, smooth process from donors donating resources, to their pickup, and delivery at the nearest NGO. New NGOs can register as and when needed and put up their requirements. Further each NGO can view the list of donors and the category of donated goods. We have also integrated an ML volunteer to NGO matching facility along with an AI voice chatbot. This project aims to come up with a reliable and easy method for donation and receival of goods by NGOs.
