Abstract
Post-Chorale Prelude for Organ has been specifically written for the Noack tracker organ at Slosberg Recital Hall, Brandeis University and takes into account the organ’s unique stop colours and qualities. Performance should, however, be possible on any tracker organ with a similar set of stops with minimal adjustments. The piece explores textures, memories, and allusions to past organ repertoire.
