Abstract
This is a musical composition for flute doubling piccolo, oboe, clarinet in Bb doubling bass clarinet in Bb, bassoon, horn in F, trumpet in C, trombone, percussion (comprised of vibraphone, glockenspiel, crotales, snare drum, bass drum, and castanets), piano, two violins, viola, cello, and bass. There are two acoustic movements and a variable third movement of fixed electronic sound. Total duration is between nineteen and twenty-two minutes.
