Abstract

amino acid succinate dehydrogenase subunits
The subunits of highly purified succinate dehydrogenase preparations were isolated by SDS electrophoresis and their amino acid compositions determined. The subunits differ so widely in composition that the larger subunit probably could not be derived from a dimerization of the smaller one.
