Abstract
[Objective] To optimize technique for extracting Cordyceps militaris Polysaccharide [Method] By adopting Response Surface Method and Center-rotated test, the duration of ultrasonic extraction, temperature and the ratio of liquid to solid's effect on extraction rate was researched. [ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were figured out: 80 °C, the ratio of liquid to solid was 32 mL/g and 65 min of twotime extraction. Theoretically, the extraction rate can be 3. 89% . [ Conclusion] The Besponse Surface Method can optimize the techniques for ultrasonically extracting Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide , provide the optimum process parameters and lay the foundation for further research.
