Abstract
Reaction of TaCl2(Me2PC2H4PMe2)2 with Na[H2Al(OC2H4OMe)2] affords [Ta{H2Al(OC2H4OMe)2}(Me2PC2H4PMe2)2]2, a co-ordinatively unsaturated complex based on an approximately square-pyramidal P4Ta–µ-H2–Al group.
