Abstract
This work aimed to purify flaxseed lignans by macroporous adsorption resin.Three macroporous adsorption resins( X-5,D101,and AB-8) were used to adsorption of lignans.The macroporous resin X-5was selected for lignan purification.The sample concentration( 10 mg / m L) and sample loading( 25 m L)were optimized by dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments. This work focused on the effects of different elution methods.The highest purity of 85. 49%( recovery rate 57. 59%) and the highest recovery rate of 75. 05%( purity 59. 30%) were achieved with 60% ethanol solutions as eluent respectively by using isocratic elution. Meanwhile,the gradient elution could obtain a variety of products with different purities,and the total recovery rate was 77. 63%.
