The article provides a new edition of the fragment O 193, housed in the Musees Royaux d'Art et d'Histoire in Brussels. This Neo-Assyrian tablet, of which only parts of obv. II and rev. III have survived, once contained the text of an extensive Akkadian anti-witchcraft ritual whose outline and contents can be reconstructed with the help of duplicate manuscripts and parallel texts.
