Company Values Management Business Administration
This article describes how the CEO of a company attempted to promote strong values but had his intentions misinterpreted by his employees. The staff considered his decision to grow the company to be motivated by greed. The author advises leaders to work diligently to invite discussion and seek honest feedback.
