Abstract
Our 2017-18 season kicks off on November 17 by looking both backwards and forwards. We head back to Dino’s earliest days, which were highlighted by an awesome trio of clarinets who were featured by composers William Thomas McKinley, Scott Wheeler and Lyle Davidson. Soprano Jennifer Ashe joins us with her radiant mezzo voice in Davidson’s Furies of Complexity. Then we head into the NOW with works of Yu-Hui Chang, Emily Koh, and Hubert Ho.
