Abstract
In communities large and small, and throughout all sectors of Jewish communal work, leaders of Jewish organizations feel they are struggling to recruit and retain qualified professionals at all levels. This document reviews the existing research on professional recruitment and retention in the private, not-for-profit and Jewish sectors.
