Abstract
This report highlights the findings from the evaluation of the second cohort of Hillel International's Springboard program, a two-year paid professional development fellowship for recent college graduates. The results show the initial impact of an early career incubator program and where Springboard stands within the broader context of other programs for emerging professionals in Hillel.
