Abstract
This report presents results of a study to analyze available data on electron affinities, and thermochemical properties of species of interest in the chemical modification of plasmas. Using these data, together with related information on chemical and physical properties, candidate species are identified for tests on modification of free electron densities in plasmas. (GRA)
