The contents have been used for strategic planning and continuous improvement. The report is organized in three parts: 1) overview of the unique, longstanding commitment to serve all eligible and interested DC youth, 2) summary of the investment in continuous improvement for summer 2010, and 3) key findings from the Brandeis study and documentation project. The findings focus on successes and challenges related to how young people are benefiting, and also include
