Abstract
This course will examine the relations between Morocco and Israel. It starts by giving a general overview of Israel and its relations with arab countries. Then, it will focus on the historical process of Moroccan-Israeli relationships, the factors behind their evolution and the political, economic, cultural dimensions of these relations. It will also look at the positive impact of normalization ties on the two countries. The recent israeli government decision by wich it recognises the moroccan sovereignty on Sahara is another essential aspect of this course. Furthermore, this course seeks to analyse the main obstacles that hind the deepening of bilateral cooperation between Morocco and Israel. Lastly, the french position regarding moroccan-israeli relations will be explored and highlighted.
