Abstract
This course examines how countries design, finance, and regulate their health systems, with a special focus on Morocco. Through comparative readings, case studies, and guided discussions, you will learn to analyze how institutional choices affect access, quality, equity, and cost. By the end of the semester you will be able to apply foundational concepts from health economics and public health to evaluate reform proposals.
