Grace Ko-D'Alessandro

Grace is a Lead UX Researcher at athenahealth. She's also an alumna of Brandeis' UCD program. In her current role, Grace leads research for provider-facing digital health products. She focuses on distilling user behaviors and motivations into a singular and actionable narrative, ensuring that key insights are surfaced for product teams. Her educational background lies in psychology and software engineering, all of which have made her journey as a researcher that much more diverse.
