Scholarship and Biography
Joe Richard is a Senior Program Manager with Smith+Nephew developing and commercializing new medical devices. He has over 25 years of bringing new products to market from concept to commercialization in both large and small companies. He received a masters degree from WPI and his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts- Lowell.
