Ramsey Merritt is a member of the Teaching & Teacher Leadership team at Harvard GSE and is a Lecturer in Education at Brandeis University. His work is focused on improving instructional leadership, as well as bridging the gap between scholars and educators. His recent work includes a meta-analysis of teacher professional development (AERA), and he is writing a book to support teachers in upper elementary mathematics. Doctorate from Harvard GSE expected in 2026.
