Scholarship and Biography

My research spans topics in social and developmental public policies. I am particularly interested in the implications of technology and globalization for social safety net policies, employment relations, workforce policy and practice, and community development. The title of my dissertation is "Remote Work and Implications for State and Local Contexts."
