Scholarship and Biography

Tzvi Abusch's primary fields of research and publication are Mesopotamian religion, magic, literature, and thought, as well as biblical and Babylonian interconnections. His most recent course was a graduate seminar on Mesopotamian Religion, Magic, and Thought, and he regularly teaches advanced courses on Akkadian Mythological and Religious Texts.
